If you purchase a paid plan, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date. After 30 days, purchases are non‑refundable.

To prevent misuse (e.g., using the Service for nearly the entire period and refunding on the last day), refunds are subject to fair‑use evaluation. We may deny or reduce refunds if there is substantial usage.
- High usage (e.g., frequent campaigns, near‑limit sending, or heavy AI generation) may make a refund ineligible.
- If usage is moderate, we may issue a partial refund calculated pro‑rata based on time used and/or usage signals.
- We may decline refund requests that appear to be made primarily to avoid payment after receiving full value.
3. Non‑Refundable Items
- Add‑ons or one‑time fees (if any) may be non‑refundable once delivered.
- Accounts suspended for policy violations or abuse are not eligible for refunds.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may be handled separately.
4. How to Request a Refund
